Tokens* can be purchased after registration to compensate experts. Tokens are $10 each in packages of 100.

Each expert requires a set amount of tokens per hour to conduct interviews.

Freesubscription

You set your own compensation by choosing your hourly rate for interviews, which is translated into tokens*.

Each token is worth 10 USD. So for example -if you need to set your hourly charges at 100USD, you will set it to 10 tokens.

The tokens are transferred from the employers account to your account after candidate interview has been completed.

ESCandidates will reimburse you on a  monthly basis according to the balance of tokens you accumulate.

There is no cost for candidates to create a profile or for the interview process.

All fees are paid by employers.
